[concurrency-interest] Compiling from CVS

That is indeed a MUCH nicer solution than to run an entire beta code  
release. I grabbed LinkedBlockingQueue.java, compiled and JARed it.  
Works like a charm. Look forward to it being in the official Sun  
release.
