David's suggestion is OK  , but that would lead to several volumes of the
book I guess :-) let Doug stick to Java/JVM with some hardware trends and we
would see few more JSRs.

Why not call it "JVM Concurrency" and have a general discussion on
concurrency, and even include some other of the JVM languages into the game.
