Artificial Intelligence is a subfield of computer science devoted to the construction of extremely complex programs that do not work.
The Cognitive Science capstone course has the puropose of exercising all of the skills a student has learned in the Cognitive Science major. For myself, since I am not a Cognitive Science major, it fulfills the conclusion of my AI track for the Computer Science BS.
The goal of the course is to craft a research project utilizing skills learned in both of the major disciplines in Cognitive Science - Psychology and Computer Science. This project is to be modest original research.
