For most people, they do not consider when the wind changes direction or speed.
They will notice a change in the wind, but their belief will simply just change without considering why it changed.
For example, if someone believes the wind to be blowing from the east, but then it changes from the west, their belief
will simply change to say that the wind is bowing from the west without considering any additional details.
This, like many other things in the world, we accept change without considering the change. We expect change to occur,
and therefore don't question the simple changes in the world, especially those that we can't explain.
