COG366 Project Update #2

Following is the 2nd update to our project, following the timeline from Professor Schlegel.

Option #1:
Proposed by Jonathen Germakovski
Modeling tic tac toe, where you update your beliefs depending on an opponents moves, and then moving to the next best position.

Option #2:
Proposed by Louis Calbet
A medical diagnosis symptom, which given a ranging number of symptoms and a knowledge base of ailments links the input to as many possible diseases as fit the symptoms.
Stretch goal: Include tests as an output to help the patient confirm or deny the disease.

Option #3: 
Proposed by Zach Baker
A model of a hangman game, where the program will repeatedly guess the best possible letter based on its belief of what the word is most likely to be.
