Students who transfer in an A or B in both
PHY 111 and PHY 212 get a deviation to replace
PHY 112 and PHY 213.
For AP, 5==A, 4==B.
—we use this form to tell the registrar where to place courses in a student's DegreeWorks. Sometimes it is a real deviation, often just things like "courses under advisement."
A student is only allowed to register for 17 hours per term (18 for seniors.) The advisor can complete an online overload approval form— which will only be processed at the start of the term, leaving the student open to the vagaries of filled courses, etc.
—steps in the process; forms to be filed.
