My boyfriend and I were in London on April 11 - 14th, 2023. Unfortunately, the British Museum was closed due to striking, but we still got to see breathtaking museums. I had the best fish and chips ever, but besides that meal, we didn't really spend too much time eating out. The sights are beautiful and I recommend taking the hop on hop off tour bus if you are only visiting for a short time.
