Kingdoms of Novitas requires any participant to pay a $30 entry fee, arrive with simple medieval pants, and a simple medieval shirt. It is recommended to invest in medieval boots, however leniency is given for any players first event. It is also important to note that the second event is free!
It is recommended for any player to bring required sleeping gear if applicable. In addition, one should bring changes of clothing, hygeine supplies, medicine if needed, and anything else one would deem needed for a camping trip. While sleeping arrangements are provided, bedding and pillows are not! Attendees should also bring supplemental food in order to snack on in between game shifts. When in doubt as to what to bring, consider what you would bring to a camping or vacation trip.
Kingdoms of Novitas provides players with everything they need to attend the game. However, Kingdoms of Novitas does not assume responsibility for the player's character's equipment. In order to properly roleplay as a character in this LARP, one would need a variety of gear to get started. A simple recommendation would be another set of medieval clothing matching your character concept, any kind of latex weaponry you desire to use, some form of belt and pouch system to carry in-game currency, and medieval boots. Remember that leniency is allowed for only your first event for boots, so if you like Kingdoms of Novitas, be sure to pick up a pair!
